  • Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon).

  • We follow a Firm cancellation policy for direct bookings:

    • Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in

    • 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in

    • No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in

    Since you're booking directly with us, there are no service fees—just transparent pricing for your stay.

    We encourage you to review your travel plans carefully before booking. If you have questions about our cancellation policy, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  • We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow pets at Amaya. This policy helps us maintain our serene environment and accommodate guests with allergies or sensitivities. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Yes, there is free parking on premises including an EV charger (level 2, tesla only)

  • We offer seasonal discounts during periods of lower demand, typically between the months of February and May.

  • Yes, we can host events at Amaya Guesthouse! Please note that an additional event fee applies on top of the nightly rate.
